💸 Refunds & Replacements

📚 Printed Books & Journals

All our printed books are made to order, meaning each copy is created specifically for you. Due to this custom process, all sales are final once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a free replacement right away — no hassle, no extra cost.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue so we can make it right.


💻 Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once your file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a problem with your download — such as a missing file, broken link, or delivery issue — please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase.


📝 Additional Notes

  • Orders that include both digital and physical items may receive separate delivery confirmations.

  • We do not currently accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors, but our team is always happy to assist with any questions before purchase.
