The cover of this book might make you think that it just includes weekly forms for monitoring your blood pressure. It does. And they are helpful. But there is a lot more. When we have healthcare needs, keeping track of details, especially over time, can be helpful. This book begins with instructions on how to use it and then follow multiple pages of information for the user to fill in, including healthcare providers, medicine with plenty of extra space for people who take a lot of medicine, weekly and monthly trackers and more. The spaces to include blood pressure results each day allow for morning and evening. When I shared this with my mom, we realized that when she is tracking a day or a period of time when her blood pressure is less ideal, she monitors it more than twice a day. Other than that particular detail, I don’t see a thing I would change about this very helpful resource.
